Investment criterion
Greek Golden Visa Programme applies to non-EU/EEA citizens, who purchase real estate assets in Greece, the value of which is at least €250,000. The investment can be in a single property or portfolio, provided that the total investment exceeds €250,000.
The programme grants a permanent residence permit, which can be renewed every 5 years, to the owner, his/her spouse, their parents and their children.
